Here you stay in a cosy wooden logcabin or treehouse (from Fall 2024), situated right next to a river, in one of the most beautiful areas in Sweden, Dalarna.
The camp is surrounded by the largest natural wildlife area of Northern Europe, which makes it the perfect starting point for adventure trips into nature.
You can explore the surrounding wilderness by yourself, or book guided tours, either by Kajak, Kanu, Mountainbike, Skiing, Hiking or with Quads.
Besides that you can also book courses for Log-Cabin and Tree-House Building, Natural Fitness Training for Health and Longevity and Healthy Food and Cooking.

Stay in a cozy Log-Cabin or a beautiful Treehouse
Have you ever spent some time, or slept in a wooden house, built almost entirely from natural materials? You will be amazed how good you will feel and sleep here. Wood is a breathable material and therefore you will get much more oxygen in a wooden house.
The health effects are even stronger when you stay in a Tree-House, in the middle of a forest. The surrounding trees will not only boost your immune system and lower your stress levels, they will also make you calm and happy. On top of that, you will enjoy the comfort and silence, when staying in the middle of nature, surrounded by protecting trees.
Being 3-4 meters above the ground, will also make you invisible for most animals, which makes a Tree-House the perfect place to observe wildlife!

Book a course, to learn how to build one of these
wonderful cabins for yourself!
At the Nature Camp Sweden you will not only stay in a cozy wooden Log-Cabin or a wonderful Tree-House, you can even learn how to build one for yourself.
During the course you will learn the basics of the construction methods for foundation, roof and the connections of the wall logs.
The courses run Mondays to Fridays, from 9:00 - 17:00, including a lunch break with food included from 13:00 - 14:00.
There will be 8-12 participants for each course, which will give everyone enough time to practice under supervision, what they have learned.
You need to have safety-boots and should bring some working gloves and rain protection.
For the Tree-House Courses you will also need a safety helmet, but we also have some for you to rent, in case you can’t bring your own with you.

Woodworking Courses
Experience how fulfilling it is to build something out of wood. There are courses for all ages
When was the last time you have built something with your own hands? Something you can feel, smell and touch? Something that is completely unique and has your very personal signature.
You will be amazed how relaxing it is, to work on your own project, while you smell the wonderful scent of the wood.
Especially for your kids, this will be a great experience, while they grow up in a world of I-Pads and I-Phones.
You can build a piece of furniture, a little bird house or dog house, do some carving art for a neckless, a mini log-house as candle holder. I am sure we will find a project for everyone, no matter what age or skill-level.
And if you are really into re-wilding yourself, then you might be interested in learning how to do a chain-saw carving, or do woodworking with an Axe!?
And of course, no matter what you create, you can take it home with you!

Natural Fitness Training
Get fit in nature! Either by booking a Training with me or just use our equipment (even the dogs !)
Doing your fitness training out in nature has many advantages and health benefits.
Being in fresh air will not only give you more oxygen while training, especially in the forests, but you will also not be exposed to EMF radiation, like in a fitness studio.
Instead, being in a forest while training, you will reduce your stress (Cortisol) levels and improve your immune system.
The natural light will also balance your Circadian Rhythm, which will improve your sleep quality and therefore your recovery after the exercise.
If you have direct sunlight during the summer months, you will also increase your Vitamin D levels naturally.
Seeing natural structures instead of artificial and square objects, is also improving your vision and brain function.
You can use the Outdoor-Gym, with a Viking-Warrior Parcours for adults and kids, for free. Kids just have to be supervised by an adult, while training.

What we eat is one of the most important factors for our health and longevity.
Unfortunately it has become more and more difficult in the past decades, to find really healthy food in the supermarkets. And even if food is marked as “Organic”, that is something which is not easy to be trusted nowadays...
If you want to be 100% sure about eating really healthy food, then you have to grow it yourself.
We have been manipulated by advertising and driven by lack of availability, to eat unhealthy food from an early age on. These habits of eating highly processed Junk-Food with lots of Sugar and Carbohydrates, are not easy to get rid of.
Therefore it is very important to have tasty recipes, that make it easier to overcome the addiction to these unhealthy foods.
If you like, I will show you some great recipes and easy ways to grow at least some of the vegetables by yourself.
At the camp is a service house with an indoor and outdoor kitchen, which you can use to prepare your own meals. But you can also book a healthy meal, which I will cook for you and show you how it is prepared.
